Semi-Private Small Group Training
Semi Private Training is our extremely effective flexible training package, expertly design to give our clients a near one to one personal training service without the price tag.
Participants will have a choice of up to 3 sessions per day Monday to Sunday of which they can choose up to 5 times which are convenient for them. Sessions will range from High Intensity focused sessions, optimising body weight resistance to burn fat and Strength and Conditioning training, using resistance machines and free weights to build muscle.
Along side training, participants will also benefit from expert internal and external nutritional support, a weekly in-depth analysis of body composition and also an around the clock social support network.
