MetaFit

Our MetaFit classes combine traditional body weight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques. We are lucky to have the North East’s Lead MetaFit trainer Levi Williams who specialises in the fast and furious body weight fitness regime that is MetaFit!

MetaPWR

Our MetaPWR classes MetaPWR is a new metabolic workout using functional kit and exercises mixed with our unique brand of MetaFit timings, commands and background music for a 30 minute ‘Power Play’ workout to keep to that original MetaFit feel but this time with functional kit! This is a great class to add variation to your workouts.

Our Boot Camp caters for all shapes and sizes with a diverse set up of exercises including kettle bells, boxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), body weight and core exercises. Our Buggysize classes are designed for busy mums to come along and exercise with their little ones. These classes are specifically tailored to strengthen and tone up those areas that are leaving you with the ‘mummy bod’ that you don’t want.

Our Funsize class is a great way to enjoy exercise and bond with your little ones. Specially aimed at parents and children from age 6-16. This class includes resistance band training, partner assisted bodyweight exercises and an abs & core workout.

Circuits4Runners

Join our Monday Night RunningNorthEast Circuits4Runners to train with our coaches & sports therapists and other like minded runners. Our sessions are designed with running in mind; a mix of dynamic flexibility, drills, strength & conditioning, free weights, core stability, glute and calf strength. There’s even time built-in to do your own rehabilitation / pre-hab exercises.

The sessions are led by Chris (Ex-GB International 1500m and current sub-30min 10k runner), Jason (Lead Sports Therapist) & James (Lead Podiatrist & Biomechanics Expert) who bring a blend of professional expertise and years of experience in Strength & Conditioning training to improve runners.

Circuits4Runners takes place at 8-8.45pm on a Monday evening allowing time to run beforehand with upto 15mins available at the end of the session to do re-hab/pre-hab work. Sessions are currently £3 PAYG.

Our sessions are designed to improve running form and endurance in tailored running sessions in a fun friendly environment.
